Call on Zack Polanski to run for Denton By-Election.

The Labour Party has outright betrayed Andy Burnham in Gorton. He may not be a saint, but he was the chance for a change of government. Anything that offers an off-ramp from Starmer sleepwalking us in to a Prime Minister Farage nightmare is an opportunity to pounce on. The government, however, prevented Burnham from standing in Gorton, trying to eliminate any chance of us being saved from their antics.

This is an opportunity for the Greens. This isn't about being cynical. If you like the Greens or not, nothing good can come from government being able to tightly grip on to power. This isn't about punishment, but demonstrating a loud and clear point: F you Kier Starmer.

But who should stand. This was a challenging seat for Labour to stop reform winning, but Burnham's profile was a chance to turn the tide. Polling is clear that other Labour candidates wouldn't stand much of a chance. Last election the Greens came about level with reform in second and third in Gorton. It's really anyone's games with Andy out.

We need to call on Zack Polanski to run for this seat. He has name recognition. He is a symbol against Starmer. He stands up to this governments support for Israel, hatred for pensioners and kicking down at the disabled.

This is an important moment to demonstrate to the world that a positive vision for society can defeat the far right! Also to show it can absorb their support.

If you still support Labour, this is the time for a statement against Starmer's antics.
